CANCELLATION POLICY
If the customer voluntarily cancels the activity, in line with Article 13 of the Overseas Travel Standardized Contract of the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Viet Nam, a refund will be issued after deducting administrative fees.
- Cancellation 30 days before the start date: No charge for cancellation and refund of deposit for tour and hotel services (not applicable to air tickets, train tickets, services that must be paid in advance to get an early bird price, and policies of hotels not following our program).
- Cancellation from 15-30 days before the start date: 50% of the total cost will be charged for tour and hotel services.
- Cancellation within 15 days before the start date: 100% of the total cost will be charged for tour and hotel services.
- If hotel and cruise changes due to their own reasons (maintenance, rooms fixed, etc), we will support finding another similar hotel and cruise
*Note: Refund policies for overseas and local hotel cruises may differ from those in Viet Nam. Please review the precautions in each itinerary before booking.
Online Activities or Itineraries: Once registered and paid for, the experience fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation due to Force Majeure:
- If the itinerary is affected by force majeure (e.g., typhoon warnings, canceled flights), the departure will be canceled. Contact the official community for rescheduling or refund details.
- If force majeure disrupts the itinerary, refunds will be made after deducting applicable costs for insurance, equipment rental, and other expenses.
Refund Process: Refunds usually take 5 to 15 business days to process. If not received within this period, contact customer service at info@trulyvoyage.com or sales@trulyvoyage.com for assistance.
