DAY 1
Arrival in Hanoi – Welcome to Vietnam’s capital! Our driver will transfer you to your hotel.
Hanoi Street Food Walking Tour (18:00 – 21:00):
Explore the Old Quarter, a maze of 36 bustling streets.
Taste authentic dishes like Pho, Bun Cha, Banh Mi, and Egg Coffee.
Visit the famous Train Street, where trains pass just inches away from local houses.
End the evening at Hoan Kiem Lake, where the city comes alive with street performances. -
DAY 2
7h30: Have breakfast at the homestay
8h30: The vehicle and tour guide pick you up to Mai Chau
12:00 Arrive Mai Chau, enjoy lunch in local restaurant
13:00 Take a walk to see brocade items with Thai ethnic identity.
13:30 The tour guide and we pick up the bicycles, and cycle around Lac 1 and Lac 2 villages. It takes about 1.5 hours, this experience also makes us bond with the people here.
14:00 We board the vehicle and travel to Pu Luong.
Visit the ancient fig tree in Eo Ken Village and start the trekking journey down to the valley of Eo Ken Village. Here, we admire the valley of terraced fields and idyllic wild villages, learn about the life of the Thai ethnic people. Walk along the road over the bridge that spans the stream, then leading us to Hang Village and visit Bo Muoi Cave where the stalactites displayed. Head to Phu Le Village, a village of Thai ethnic people.
17:30: End of tour, we rest and relax, enjoy dinner -
DAY 3
10:00 Depart for Don village by motorbike or car to explore the simple and idyllic life of the Thai ethnic people. Enjoy the fresh air and see the beautiful mountains, forests, and terraced fields. On the way to visit Hieu waterfall, we visit Lan Ngoai brocade craft village to learn about the culture of the craft village here. At Hieu waterfall, a waterfall with three levels, where we can bathe and enjoy the cool atmosphere
16:30: The tour guide leads our group back to the Homestay
19h00: Have dinner and have free time to rest -
DAY 4
Morning: Wake up early to capture the moment when the clouds still surround the beautiful mountains.
7h30: Have breakfast and start moving to Doan street weekly market to buy spe- cialties and souvenirs. (If on Thursday and Sunday weekly market days)
Continue to Cham stream tourist area to see the giant water piles and partici- pate in exciting kayaking or bamboo rafting on the river
On the way back, our group can bathe in Cham stream
12h00: Have lunch and rest before the vehicle takes our group back to Hanoi
13:00 – Travel to Van Chai Resort, a luxurious beachside retreat in Sam Son. -
DAY 5
08:00 – Visit Độc Cước Temple, a shrine dedicated to a legendary one-legged warrior who protected fishermen.
09:30 – Explore the Fairy Temple, a mystical place believed to grant wishes.
10:30 – Visit An Duong Vuong Temple, dedicated to the ancient king who built Co Loa Citadel.
12:00 – See the Kissing Cocks Stone, a famous rock formation symbolizing love and unity.
13:00 – Lunch at a seafood restaurant.
15:00 – Travel to Ninh Binh via the Tam Diep Mountain Tunnel, a scenic drive through limestone karsts. -
DAY 6
08:00 – Explore Thung Nham Bird Park, home to thousands of exotic birds. Walk through its lush wetlands and caves.
11:30 – Enjoy a boat trip through Thung Nham’s hidden grottoes.
13:00 – Lunch at a countryside restaurant.
14:30 – Cycle through Bich Dong Pagoda, a 15th-century pagoda built into the limestone mountains. Marvel at its hidden caves and panoramic views.
17:00 – Return to the hotel for a relaxing evening. -
DAY 7
🚐 08:30 Pick up from hotel to Ha Long Harbour.
🛳 11:30-12:00 Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, check-in, and board Hera Grand Luxury Cruise. Enjoy a welcome drink as the cruise begins.
🍽 12:00 Lunch on board while admiring Ha Long Bay’s limestone islands.
🏝 14:30 Visit Titop Island, hike for panoramic views, or swim in the clear water.
🚣 16:00 Kayak or raft through Luon Cave’s rock formations.
